THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED/SICK DAYS, INCLUDING FIELD TRIP DAYS.

All refund requests must be submitted by email, NO EXCEPTIONS. The $40 registration fee is non-refundable. No make-up days will be granted under any circumstances.

The $15 t-shirt is non-refundable, if the wrong size is purchased you can swap the t-shirt at no charge. Upon swapping, the t-shirt must be unworn and without any stains.

Refund requests received 4 weeks prior to the camp start date will incur a $50 cancellation charge per week of camp. Please note that requests received before 4 weeks of the start date are subject to this cancellation charge.

Refund requests received 2 weeks prior to the camp start date will incur a $80 cancellation charge per week of camp. Please note that requests received between 4 and 2 weeks prior of the start date are subject to this cancellation charge.

Refund requests received less than 2 weeks prior to the camp start date, are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.
